    • We meet for 4 consecutive days, approx 60 minutes each day.

      First day: receive your mantra.

      Following 3 days: discuss the technique in detail and meditate together until you are fully self-sufficient to continue your practice.

    • You can either book a private course based on your preferred dates and times (keep in mind they still need to be 4 consecutive days), or you can join a group course (dates listed below). ion text goes here
